“Republican leadership can continue to play games or they can work hard at the conference table to pass a state budget. Healthy Wisconsin is not the last remaining issue on the table and it clearly does not stand in the way of progress. It is true that the Republicans are unable to talk about health care for the people of Wisconsin because they have no real proposal for health care on the table. But there are lots of other items the conference committee can resolve, blaming Healthy Wisconsin for the problems Republicans created in their budget is just a political game and do nothing drama.”
