A D V I S O R Y: Health Chair Erpenbach to Attend Health Care Town Halls in Minocqua, Rhinelander
Madison – State Sen. Jon Erpenbach (D-Middleton), chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, will attend and is inviting the public to two town hall meetings on health care and the Senate Democrats’ “Healthy Wisconsin” plan to ensure everyone in Wisconsin has access to the same health care coverage enjoyed by members of the State Legislature. The town halls are the latest in a series of on-going committee hearings and town halls Senate Democrats have held over the past year.
“All Wisconsin residents and employees will be provided health care with the doctor and provider of their choice, regardless of preexisting conditions,” said Erpenbach. “Current employer and employee health care costs would fall by billion of dollars in just the first year alone under ‘Healthy Wisconsin.’”
